The accommodation itself was spectacular! What a landscape; what a house; and those hikes/walks through nature and wildlife were incredible. The blend of workshop content and movement is just spot on. It promotes heavy thinking and feeling; release and physical output; promotes better sleep and there is also a sense of security in the structure of each day being the same routine.

I can’t recommend this experience and learning high enough to others. Maggie creates a safe place to feel into your life – ‘wholeheartedly’. I feel that if you are in a space in your life where you want things to be different; feel different; and really take a hold of life than this is the work for you. Is it easy?….No! but if you trust in the experience you truly do come out a different person on the other side and you cannot look at your world the same again. It is transformational learning at its best

I loved the structure of the days, so predictable yet a bit different each time. Yoga Nidra was amazing, I have never done it before & have continued it each day since returning with the Insight Timer app. Doing yoga each morning has also inspired me to return to a few minutes of yoga at home when I arise.... I liked the way the Brene Brown content was delivered via video & the workbook, & the emphasis on writing and rewriting.

But most of all I loved the way you delivered everything Maggie. ... It struck me that you are the same person in a group like that as you are in your own lounge room and that is a very rare skill indeed. You also brought humour to each day which added to the physiological benefits!
